Return Policy


Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you may return your purchase to us at your own cost for any reason within 14 days for a refund if the item is still unused, unopened and in good condition.  You will only receive a refund of the cost of the goods received and not the delivery.

If we have not received notification of any return within 14 days, it will be assumed that acceptance of goods has taken place.  Any subsequent claim will be subject to our discretion, and we reserve the right to choose whether to make a full refund.

Please check the goods on arrival to ensure that they are as ordered. If they are incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please notify our office within 48 hours, and give written notification either by email or post, including details of the defect and photographs, within 5 days of receipt of the goods. After examination of these details and if we accept liability, we will arrange for collection and replacement, or a full or partial refund as quickly as possible.

We will refund the value of the goods less the initial cost of shipping, and less a handling charge of 20%

If the damage hasn’t been visible upon first inspection, we need notification of this within 24 hours otherwise we cannot issue a replacement/refund.

You can cancel any bespoke or made to order (e.g. picnic benches or fence panels) up to 48 hours after time of order. Provided it has not been requested urgently and we have committed to manufacturing the product. If production has started on your order you cannot cancel.

If you wish to return an order which is bespoke or made to order a deduction of up to 20% will be made prior to any refund. All returns must be paid for by the customer. This can be deducted from any potential refund or can be done at their own cost using their own courier.

If an order has to be returned for any other reason, It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are re-packaged and loaded onto the courier for return. If products are returned to us broken or faulty, through no fault of LL Plastic or the courier, then we reserve the right to charge the customer accordingly.
